A commitment to ensuring sufficient Crossing Guards
Improving safety protocols so students feel safe on campus
Community outreach programs aimed at drug and smoking prevention, anti-bullying, and campus safety.
Finding ways the city and district can save money through collaboration and cost sharing.

I support the city having a strong relationship with the Pleasanton Unified School District underscoring the importance of education in building vibrant, thriving communities. By fostering collaboration and communication with the school district, I aims to ensure that the needs of students, families, and educators are effectively addressed.

In advocating for a safe and secure environment for students and their families, I want to prioritize the well-being and safety of the community. By supporting measures such as school resource officers, safety protocols, and community outreach programs, we create environments where students feel protected and supported in their educational pursuits. These programs also create healthy relationships and familiarity between our youth and our officers and is an invaluable in the development of a bond between the community and its protectors.
